Short Description

Your day-to-day

• Control and reconcile accounts and records, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank accounts.
• Ensure that financial transactions are recorded in line with internal policies and external standards.
• Prepare accounting reports and schedules for internal audiences and external reporting requirements, including consolidation, cash flow, and budget reporting.
• Support cost accounting and budgeting activities, including allocation of direct and indirect costs and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections to keep cash flow accurate and predictable.
• Collaborate with colleagues in finance and across the business to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.

Your skills and experience

• You have experience working in accounting or financial control, with a solid unerstanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• You bring knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• You are comfortable working with ERP and reporting tools and using data to generate clear financial insights.
• You communicate clearly and can explain financial topics in a way that is easy to understand for non‑specialists.
• You are organized, accurate, and curious to improve processes and learn new tools and methods.

1. This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Bogota, Colombia (CO). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
2. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Bogota, Colombia (CO).
3. This role is fully remote and employed through our legal entity in Bogota, Colombia (CO). Other locations may be possible to review.
