The Specialty Rental Divisional marketing team is looking for a Product Manager to develop and evolve our Power & Flow business lines, reporting to the divisional Vice President Marketing. The successful candidate will be a key player in the business and a strong, identifiable leader within the department.
The purpose of the role is to create sustainable and profitable growth for the division by fully leveraging the capabilities of the Group. You will identify objectives, strategies and action plans to drive continuous improvement. You will define the future and lead the way.
The Mission
Constantly support growth of the ASR Power & Flow business lines. Survey the market to uncover pockets of opportunity based on real customer pains and gains. Translate these pockets of opportunity into products and service to create strong value propositions. Work together with strategic partners both internal & external to grow these product ideas into real products. To close this circle, you will have to develop a solid go to market strategy with field testing, local marketing plans and trainings to make these products successfully take off. You will also be a key partner in the global marketing team where you will assist with strategies focused on price management, territory expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
More specifically, to be successful in the mission it is fundamental to deliver across the following areas:
- Lead our Power & Flow business strategy to ensure we remain a trusted and relevant partner for both current and future customers.
- Create focus & drive business growth in selected regions and/or segments by offering the right value proposition and developing the go to market strategy
- Support the integration of recent acquisitions by identifying their unique market differentiators and translating these into exclusivity agreements with the PFL Division wherever feasible, to reinforce competitive positioning and operational synergy
- Identify market opportunities to ensure customer values are embedded in product design and marketing strategies, with a clear emphasis on building a product portfolio of ASR exclusive offerings that strengthen or maintain competitive advantage
- Develop a product roadmap that covers full Power & Flow range and further reinforces our market leadership position
- Create and manage the needed sales tools, such as R-PSM; CPQ, Showpad, Share Point, I-Rent.
- Collaborate with the divisional team to work on strategic projects that will make our division future proof
- Collaborate with and assist the different regions to help them be successful in reaching their goals
To succeed, you will need
You have +5 years of experience which preferably includes proven product, market and customer expertise. Next to that, you have an academic background in Engineering, Marketing or equivalent by experience.

Hybrid: This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our headquarter in Boom (Antwerp, Belgium).
