Business Process Expert Service
Your role
As a Business Process Expert Service, your mission is to define, redesign and implement future-proof service processes within the Next Generation ERP landscape of Atlas Copco Specialty Rental, enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence across our global rental and service organization.
You will report to the Business Process Manager Service (BPM).
Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is on a transformation journey, implementing a next generation application landscape within the SAP and Salesforce ecosystems. A global template team is building standardized end-to-end processes that will be rolled out across all regions worldwide. In this context, we are looking for a hands-on Business Process Expert Service to join our Operations BPX team.
You will
- Represent the Service organization in the Next Generation ERP program

Act as the hands-on service expert, translating business needs into future-state processes

Work closely with Business Process Managers, other BPXs and external ERP experts

Help shape and implement the future way of maintenance and service work

Act as a change agent, supporting depots and regions during adoption

You have 5–10 years of experience, working in a service, maintenance or operational role within an industrial, rental or technical environment.
- Strong background in service processes and technical understanding of equipment
- Proven experience in process mapping and process improvement initiatives
- Experience with ERP implementations or transformations (SAP experience is a plus)
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional project environments
