Business Process Expert I-Rent Customer Portal

I‑Rent is our global customer portal and digital one‑stop shop for managing rental projects. It provides customers with self‑service access to contracts, invoices, equipment documentation and certificates, and digitalizes key interactions such as service requests, new solution requests and support cases. By reducing manual touchpoints, I‑Rent improves customer experience, operational efficiency and value‑based selling.
To further develop and scale this platform, we are looking for a Business Process Expert I‑Rent.
Your role
As Business Process Expert, you play a key role in shaping the future of I‑Rent. You translate business needs into clear priorities and improvements that support growth, operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience. You will be part of the marketing team and report to the Business Process Manager Sales & Marketing.
Your responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for the I‑Rent portal, defining the product vision, roadmap and global backlog
- Collaborate with technical partners to define, implement, test and roll out enhancements
- Support customers, local I‑Rent champions and customer centers through training and hands‑on guidance
- Coordinate the global roll‑out, including preparation, go‑live and post‑implementation support
- Ensure alignment with divisional and local systems and processes
- Track adoption, KPIs and business benefits and report progress
- Maintain and coordinate all I‑Rent integrations (currently 6+)
- Organize governance, communication and steering activities
- Manage supporting activities such as translations, access, licenses, tickets and onboarding

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Experience as Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in sales, marketing or operations
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems; SAP is a plus
- Experience with system integrations, customer portals and UX/UI principles
- Strong analytical, process‑driven mindset and the confidence to challenge the status quo
- Experience with projects and/or Agile ways of working
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Experience within an Atlas Copco (Rental) company is a plus
