Business Process Manager - Order to Cash

Your role
As a Business Process Manager – Order to Cash, your mission is to maximise the value of SPARK by driving the adoption, governance and continuous improvement of Order‑to‑Cash processes across Specialty Rental. You ensure new ways of working are embedded, business benefits are realised and the global template evolves in line with business needs. You report to the VP Operations and collaborate closely with SPARK stakeholders and regional teams.
You will
- Own and govern the global Order‑to‑Cash process template, validating changes and ensuring proper testing
- Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, reduce cost‑to‑serve and enhance customer experience
- Lead a team of Order‑to‑Cash BPXs and guide regional key users
- Drive adoption and value realization by monitoring usage and performance
- Structure and prioritise change requests aligned with business impact and the SPARK roadmap
- Engage with regional stakeholders to capture feedback and translate it into improvements
- Support regions beyond go‑live to stabilise operations and embed new ways of working
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Product Management, IT and SPARK teams

Experience
- Experience in business process management, continuous improvement or transformation
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end processes, preferably Order‑to‑Cash or similar domains
- Ability to translate business challenges into structured improvements
- Strong stakeholder management with operational teams and senior leadership
- Experience in building compelling change narratives
- Analytical and structured mindset focused on tangible outcomes
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- International mindset and fluent in English
