Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing

Your role
As a Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing, your mission is to (re)define the rental sales & marketing processes and implement them in our new global system landscape (Salesforce.com and SAP). This will drive operational excellence, support business growth, and ensure a top-notch customer experience. You will report to the Business Process Manager Sales & Marketing.
You will:

Be the hands-on expert for the quote-to-cash process
Act as the go-to specialist for implementing and optimizing this process in the Next Gen ERP solution. -
Perform business process deep dives
Work with Business Key Users to identify fit/gap changes and carry out change impact analyses together with the Business Process Manager/Change Manager. -
Provide expert advice and recommendations
Suggest improvements in organizational roles, workflows, and processes to align with the new system landscape. -
Validate regional change requests
Ensure alignment with the global template while addressing local needs identified during fit/gap exercises. -
Specify business requirements and review technical specifications
Collaborate with technical partners to ensure accurate translation of business needs into system solutions. -
Lead implementation activities
Oversee configuration, solution testing, and training to secure successful adoption of future-state processes. -
Develop training materials and support change management
Create and deliver training sessions while assisting in change management initiatives.

You have 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Operational experience with the quote-to-cash process
- Experience within an Atlas Copco (Rental) Company is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the Salesforce.com ecosystems; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Experience of working in a multicultural and international environment
- Fluent in English. More languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and process skills
- Project experience and/or Agile ways of working will be a plus

Job location
Boom (Antwerp area, Belgium) or Zaragoza (Spain).
Occasional travelling might be required.
