Context on the position
Over the past years, Specialty Rental has transformed fleet connectivity from regional initiatives into a core business capability that supports operational excellence, Rental Uptime, Smart Data, and reliability across the organization. As adoption expands across equipment types, regions, and acquired businesses, strong coordination, governance, and continuous improvement remain essential.
As Connectivity Project Leader, your mission is to accelerate our digital transformation by expanding and governing global fleet connectivity. You will ensure connectivity solutions are effectively deployed, adopted, and integrated into operations, enabling reliable telemetry, smarter decision-making, improved fleet visibility, and scalable digital services. Working closely with Connectivity & Telemetry, Rental Uptime teams, Product Companies, regional operations, and divisional leadership, you will drive execution and long-term value creation worldwide.
You will report to the Global Reliability Process Manager.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Global Connectivity Governance: Coordinate the global connectivity roadmap, drive standardization and governance across the division, align regional and divisional priorities, and support SmartBox and telemetry enhancements.
- Rollout & Expansion Projects: Lead global deployments of connectivity solutions, coordinate implementation across regions and equipment families, support newly acquired businesses, and drive adoption of new digital technologies.
- Business Applications & Operational Value: Promote telemetry-driven operational practices, support Rental Uptime, Smart Data, and reliability initiatives, and scale best practices across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key link between regional operations, divisional teams, Product Companies, Connectivity & Telemetry, and System & Data teams, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and effective governance.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance connectivity performance, deployment processes, and governance while promoting harmonized execution and the ongoing evolution of connectivity capabilities.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured projects and actionable roadmaps.
- Proven experience working with global projects or transformation programs in international environments.
- Experience with IoT, telemetry, and connectivity projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
