Job Description

Atlas Copco Specialty Rental has embarked on an exciting journey to implement and roll out a next-generation application landscape. Through the SPARK program, we are taking a quantum leap forward, building and deploying a robust and future-proof solution to manage our business. Salesforce is at the heart of this transformation, covering our customer-facing processes.

 

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Competence Center Manager to join our team. Your mission will be to coach, lead, and grow a dedicated team of developers and support experts focused on continuously improving and supporting a global template of our Salesforce Clouds across our division. In this role, you will report directly to the SPARK Program Manager.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Coach, guide, and lead a team of internal developers and support experts who manage a broad Salesforce scope, including CRM, CPQ, Field Service, Pardot, Communities, and Waylay.
  • Drive Excellence: Contribute to the achievement of SPARK’s objectives by implementing a global template in over 40 countries. You and your team will be the technical experts, working closely with business process experts across our division and regions.
  • Safeguard Quality: Ensure the integrity of the SPARK global template from a systems and architecture perspective during and after the roll-out.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with an external partner supporting the SPARK program both functionally and technically, and with an internal partner responsible for SAP Act!, the SAP template of the Atlas Copco Group for customer centers.
  • Build Resilience: Develop a future-proof and resilient IT development and support organization, where continuous improvement and delivery are supported by an agile framework.
  • Foster Synergies: Collaborate with stakeholders within our division and the broader Atlas Copco group, always seeking synergies with other programs or organizations.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Develop strong and sustainable relationships with our technology partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Ensure Compliance: Safeguard compliance with Atlas Copco IT Group guidelines.

Experience & educational requirements

  • Bachelor or university degree
  • Good command of English is a must
  • Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
  • Proven experiencing leading a team of IT experts, developers or support experts
  • Proven experience in SAP (FI, CO, SD).
  • Experience in Salesforce and Azure integration services is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, defining, organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation.
  • Agile (scrum) has no secrets for you
