Service Planner
Are you a natural organizer with a passion for customer service and problem-solving? Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly while supporting both customers and colleagues? Then we’d love to hear from you!
As our Service Planner, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in need of maintenance or repair. You’ll coordinate service schedules, provide first-line technical support, and make sure every request is handled quickly, efficiently, and with care.
What you will do:

Plan and coordinate daily service activities and technicians’ schedules

Ensure all maintenance and repair jobs are completed on time and to a high standard

Handle emergency requests with flexibility and a customer-first mindset

Provide first-line technical support and prepare simple quotations

Keep accurate customer and service records, ensuring smooth communication across teams

Collaborate closely with Service Technicians, Sales, and other departments to deliver excellent customer experience
To succeed, you will need:

Secondary education (minimum) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or planning role

Fluent in [local language] and at least intermediate English

Strong computer skills (MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

A customer-oriented attitude with a proactive, can-do approach

Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure

Team spirit and strong sense of responsibility
