The Role

 

  • Support Competence Manager in creation and execution training plans based on constantly changing needs for technical trainings for service team
  • Identify, prepare, execute and evaluate technical trainings for service team in cooperation with Competence manager and Operational Supervisors
  • Identify the gaps between the current technical skill sets of employees and desired competence outlined in the framework   
  • Maintain and develop the training facilities
  • Technical support for service and sales team
  • Prepare and execute technology demonstrations for the customers
  • Prepare and execute trainings for customers

What we expect of you? 

  • Languages : Slovak/Czech - native; English - Upper intermediate
  • Education: min. secondary school + graduation, technical education preferred
  • PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • basic knowledge of robotics, programming, electrics and assembly solutions
  • Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience (active sales in field, focus on technical or industrial products preferred)
  • Ideal candidate is located in Bratislava or close surrounding or there is a willingnes to travel to Bratislava on regular bases
