Workshop technician

Your role
- Independently execute daily service tasks in the workshop (start-up of assembly equipment controllers, tool/system/component repair, maintenance, troubleshooting)
- Deliver high‑quality service according to customer needs, internal standards, and agreed timelines
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with customers
- Cooperate and communicate with Sales and Project teams to ensure proper information flow
- Plan, schedule, and report all activities in the internal CRM system accurately and on time
- Prepare job cost calculations, track service orders, and follow up when necessary
To succeed, you will need

Education: Minimum secondary technical education with graduation
- Languages: Slovak – fluent, English – intermediate
- Technical skills: Basic PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel), technical thinking and willingness to learn
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (industrial production, machine maintenance, or equipment repair preferred)
