Technical Expert (m/w/d)

Main responsibilites:

• Installation, Commissioning and ramp-up support of IAS system globally
• Analyses and optimization of application and customer processes
• Technical customer support
• Documentation of process optimization 

Experience requirements:

• Professional technical education mainly with an electrical or IT background, an academic degree is beneficial
• Professional experience in customer support for mechatronic systems, ideally in the automotive sector
• Enlarged knowledge in process technology, control technology, data transmission, IT and communication systems
• Good organizational and social skills as well as self- assertion
• Independent and structured work combined with a high level of customer and service orientation
• Willingness and commitment, including readiness to travel worldwide and weekend work
• Ability to communicate and convey technical aspects in fluent Englisch and German
