We are seeking a dynamic Business Line Manager to lead the Power and Light (PAL) portfolios across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. This is a high-impact role focused on maximizing business results, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Own the PAL, drive growth and profitability, explore emerging technologies (ESS, hybrid systems, digital tools), and expand markets without impacting existing partnerships.
• Product & Market Strategy: Use market intelligence and customer insights to shape offerings, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage pricing to maximize gross profit.
• Operational Excellence: Set and deliver strategic goals, optimize resource use, and report performance to leadership.
• Team Development & Leadership: Build a high-performing, customer-focused team, foster a values-driven culture, and develop future talent through coaching and clear performance planning.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and industry bodies, represent the business at key events, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
