Shipping & Export Administrator - Temporary

Your role
As a Shipping & Export Administrator - Temporary, your mission is to ensure the continuity and compliance to Edwards Shipping and Export. To complete the day to day task required to enable shipping of all systems, upgrades and spares. In addition, provide a central point of co-ordination for the factory for calibration and shortages You will report to the Logistics Specialist.
You will
- Ensure department ships all systems, upgrades and spares on a daily basis
- Liaise with shippers on a daily basis to ensure they have availability to meet our shipping requirements
- Support with coordinating the calibration process
- Continuously assess process to ensure we are performing in the most efficient way in collaboration with other departments
- In collaboration with dispatch keep track of systems in offsite storage so Customers can be notified what products are waiting
- Flag any cost issues at shipping and chase resolution
- Any other reasonable request from the line manager

- Will need to be Aviation secure, so will need to be able to provide 5 years of references
- Administration expereince
- MS package skills
