Your role

As a Bank and Intercompany Specialist your mission is to ensure secure payment operations for assigned entities, including basic treasury activities in line with established procedures, manage intercompany reconciliations, ensure accurate and timely recording of cash-related transactions, and support the company’s liquidity management. 

You will

  • Manage payment operations, intercompany processes, and related reporting
  • Handle bank operations, process statements, and perform regular reconciliations (bank, GL, cash pool)
  • Monitor and optimize bank fees, resolve discrepancies and payment issues
  • Oversee cash flow, foreign exchange operations, and funding needs
  • Ensure compliance with AML regulations and investigate suspicious transactions
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (banks, authorities, audit)
  • Drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and enhance efficiency

To succeed, you will need

 

  • Fluent English (min. B2)
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office (excel), SAP/BPCS knowledge preferable
  • Experience in a finance environment or at the same or similar position.
  • Experience in a cash accounting role, using electronic banking platforms and working with multi currencies
