BIC Specialist

Your role

As a BIC Specialist, your mission is to is to secure payment operations for assigned entities, including basic treasury operations, following the set procedures, and to handle intercompany reconciliation process. Ensuring accurate and timely recording for cash related items as well as assisting in the liquidity management of the company.

You will

• Manage daily payments, banking and intercompany processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, foreign currencies and funding needs.
• Prepare bank and intercompany reports and ensure compliance with AML requirements.
• Communicate with banks, authorities, auditors and internal Finance teams to resolve issues.
• Support process improvements, documentation and efficient service delivery while building strong relationships with internal customers.

To succeed, you will need

• Fluent English (min. B2)
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (excel), SAP/BPCS knowledge preferable
• Working experience in a finance environment
• Analytical skills and professional verbal and written communication

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Brno, Czech Republic (CZ).
