Business Analyst

Your role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Finance BI team and help connect finance stakeholders, reporting users, and technical delivery teams.

In this role, you will gather and validate business requirements, support reporting and analytics delivery, help ensure data quality, and contribute to continuous improvements across the Finance BI landscape. Working closely with Power BI developers, data engineers, and finance stakeholders, you will help deliver trusted and sustainable reporting solutions.

What will you do?

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear reporting and functional requirements.
• Support the delivery, testing, and adoption of Power BI reporting and analytics solutions.
• Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with key stakeholders.
• Support reporting users by helping manage requests, issues, and communication across the Finance BI community.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardise, and automate reporting-related processes.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge resources to support users and operational teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, BI, and Data Engineering teams to deliver business-focused solutions.

To succeed, you will need

• Experience in a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and requirements management skills.
• Practical experience with Power BI (user) and advanced Excel.
• Understanding of data quality, master data, reporting structures, and governance principles.
• Experience working with finance reporting, KPIs, reconciliation, or related finance processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.
