The following responsibilities will be achieved through using a range of influencing styles encompassing the effective utilisation of coaching, facilitation, teaching and demonstration:

• Develop & maintain business process reporting and analysis for the VSS STC to achive consistant hight performing proceses, improved accuracy and standardisation across all STC’s.
• Provide  reporting analysis on business and operational processes to identify areas for improvement activities and knowledge development to improve the organisation eficiency.
• Work with IM to develop the SAP BW/HANA cubes to enhance reporting and reduce manual intervention
• Responsible of development of data visualizations (e.g., dashboards and reports) to effectively communicate data insights to the Business.
• Performs functional testing on delivered solutions, ensuring it fulfils detailed Business requirements; creates checklists and/or processes to support junior Data & Analytics Analysts on testing activities.
• Develops user guides and training materials related to data and analytics reports, tooling, and/or solutions; delivers training to end users / support teams.
• Prioritise and manage all projects to deliver agains the plans.
• Colaborates with STC’s GM’s, Operations Manager, Lean Managers, SHE,Mangers, Quality Managers, Engeniring Managers, HR Managers to define and provide support services. Agree the roadmap, project plan and resource for effective delivery.
• Provide guidlines and systems to ensure the standards are understood, applied  and consitant. To work with all VSS STC’s  and divisional functions and other Edwards functions detailing, comparing BOP and managing the migration to standard proceses.
• Undertake the analysis of SAP data to provide information and direction to the business enhancing business performance, eg material usage, cost roll, quality costs, warranty costs, etc
• Lead/participate in cross divisional operational network to ensure effective communication, adoption/sharing good practice and alignment of appropiate activities/approaches.

Provides coaching to junior Data & Analytics Analysts.
