What are we looking for?

We are looking for a native English speaker to become our new Customer Success Representative who will play a key role engaging with contracted customers, strengthening relationships and increasing the customer share. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team, hungry for expanding the business in a sustainable way.

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilitie

 

  • Call customers in a regular basis to understand it's business, processes and build solid relationships and send the leads to external sales people as a marketing dispatcher through C4C.  
  • Find new business opportunities, upselling, cross selling and climbing the service ladder. 
  • Increase the customer satisfaction by contacting customers, taking feedbacks and define corrective actions and advise to customer.
  • Use C4C to manage calls, leads, opportunities, customer base and activities. 
  • Work together with the sales engineers, building customer-oriented proposals.  
  • Coordinate and work together with operations, marketing and other related departments 
  • Follow up all contracts over the lifetime, making sure that we are delivering what was promised and that customers can see the value of our solutions. 
  • Make sure that Atlas Copco stays as "first in mind, first in choice" for all contracted customers. 
  • Work in the annual price adjustments with customers, making sure that we keep/increase the projected profitability. 
  • Be the main contact for questions and inquiries (removing this responsibility from the sales engineers).

 

 

Skills and Experienc

 

  • Native level of English
  • Interest in sales with a focus on target achievement
  • 2 years experience on similar position in sales, marketing or customer service
  • Communicativeness, love to debate, ability to deal with a variety of people in a different way
  • Fast thinking, up for challenge, persistence and determination
  • Willingness to learn basic potential technical issues in production that could indicate business opportunity
  • Ability to understand basic data analytics
  • Experience in dealing with customers and working in a multicultural environment are considered
