Digital Adoption & Communication Specialist

Your role

As a Digital Adoption and Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in driving digital adoption across Finance and Business teams. By creating engaging communications, training programs, and learning content, you will help employees embrace new technologies, improve productivity, and unlock the full value of digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Power BI. 

What will you do?

• Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms across Finance and Business
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars
• Create training materials, playbooks, guides, and video content
• Maintain a knowledge hub and learning resources
• Deliver communications, updates, and adoption campaigns for Finance users
• Support change management activities and build a network of champions and super-users
• Track adoption and utilization through KPIs and feedback
• Identify adoption barriers and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Learning & Development, Finance, and Business stakeholders 

To succeed, you will need

• University degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in communication, training, change management, or digital transformation
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience creating training materials and video-based learning content
• Ability to organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Stream, Viva Engage)
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Analytical and proactive mindset with a focus on user adoption and business value
