Your role

The mission of the Finance Analyst is to support all areas of the VSC division during month-end closing, including additional analyses, participate in GPS reporting consolidation, and assist in the preparation of dashboards and presentations. This role includes supporting the creation of relevant reports and analyses to enable sound business decisions, proactively deep-diving into issues, and bringing insights to complex or large datasets.The role will also support acquisitions by helping to understand business data and translate it for management. 

Division

The Semiconductor Chamber Solutions division is part of the Vacuum Technique business area of Atlas Copco and was established in 2020 to focus on products that operate directly on process chambers within semiconductor clean rooms. The majority of our equipment is sold directly to tool manufacturers (OEM-driven business), and we currently have four main product areas: STP turbomolecular pumps, CTI cryogenic pumps, Polycold chillers, and our recently acquired Presys Valves. Our headquarters is in Burgess Hill, UK, but we are a truly global division with operations across the US, Mexico, Japan, Korea, and China, as well as sales centres around the world. You will ideally:

  • Hold a degree in Finance or Economics
  • Have experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a multinational organization
  • Have strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Have solid experience in reporting and a good understanding of consolidation principles
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of problem-solving and the ability to analyse, model and interpret data
  • Be comfortable working with complex, multi-source datasets
  • Be able to translate data into meaningful business insights
  • Have experience creating high-quality dashboards and reports
