Your role

As a Equipment Sales Team Leader, your mission is to lead, inspire, and empower the Sales Operations Team, to achieve and exceed business targets by fostering a high-performance culture, building strong customer (center) relationships, and driving sales process excellence, ensuring sales quality and sustainable execution. The Team Leader ensures alignment with the organizational goals while supporting the professional growth and success of each team member by fostering the positive and collaborative environment.

 

You wil:

1.           Lead and develop a team of sales development representatives, inside sales engineers and sales support   to achieve individual and team KPIs.

2.           Assist in the hiring process.  Build/Contribute on-boarding and training programs to ramp new hires quickly and effectively

3.           Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and Team meetings.

4.           Foster collaboration between the roles

5.           Build a high-performance, collaborative, and positive team culture.

6.           Lead by example based on Atlas Copco/CSC culture.

7.           Encourage team to contribute ideas for improving processes and share success stories.

8.           Support the Sales Operations Manager in developing efficient processes and implementing strategies.

9.           Ensure the operational readiness (sales tools, CRM, Quotation, Sizing, …)

10.         Drive initiatives to improve team efficiency and performance.

11.         Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

12.         Manage the job processes within your team

13.         Maintain high standards for customer communication and satisfaction

14.         Work closely with the division and the customer centers to align strategies

15.         Other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the manager as per business needs.

16.         Drive efficiency in all processes.

You have a relevant experience with equipment.

  • Economic, Technical or Marketing business degree
  • Demonstrated experience in equipment and tools sales is essential 
  • Work Experience - Economics, Sales, Technical or Marketing background.
  • Working experience in a multicultural environment and leading and/or sales experience is considered a plus.
  • Microsoft Office, CRM, sales tools
  • Good command of English, other languages is an asset
