Your role

As a Financial Analyst & Process Specialist, you will support and control key financial activities within the EMEA SEMI Customer Centre, including performance reviews, forecasting, monthly closing, and ad-hoc analyses, working with stakeholders across the region. You will provide financial and non-financial information to support business decision-making and collaborate with other teams to drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and improve profitability. The role also offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet, and net working capital management while making a tangible impact on the business.

What will you do?

  • Review monthly P&L and Balance Sheet results and analyse revenue, margins, and costs
  • Support forecasting, target setting, and business simulations
  • Monitor headcount and FTE allocations across the Customer Centre
  • Provide financial support and insights to Sales, Service teams, and Business Controller
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support management decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process, reporting, and system improvements
  • Drive enhancements in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance
  • Own and further develop reporting and analytics solutions, including Power BI
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects across Finance and Sales Operations
  • Support implementation of new processes and improvements in ways of working

To succeed, you will need

  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar education
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of financial and business control processes
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP, BW, BPC, HANA, and Power BI
  • Good working knowledge of group reporting systems (e.g. GPS)
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-organized approach with a continuous improvement and growth mindset
  • Basics in SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps will be seen as an advantage
