Front End Developer (Medior/Senior)

Your role

You will be a key member of the Sales Enablement team delivering internal Estimation & Simulation web tools that support Compressor Technique business users within the domain of Sales and Marketing.  

You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle: shaping requirements with stakeholders, proposing pragmatic technical solutions, and delivering end-to-end functionality across the React front end and C#/.NET back end.  

Beyond delivery, you are expected to elevate the team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and continuous improvement of engineering standards and code quality.  

You will collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owner, Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, and the rest of the team, with a strong focus on ownership, accountability, and empathy for end users.  

Work location: Brno (50 % office attendance)

Your responsibilities: 

• Own technical analysis and implementation of responsive web applications (React + C#/.NET), including API design and integration.  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs, challenge assumptions, and propose solution options with clear trade-offs.  
• Work closely with the Tech Lead to align on architecture, engineering standards, and delivery plans across multiple initiatives.  
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery: quality, performance, security basics (including Entra ID authentication flows), releases, and aftercare.  
• Promote clean code practices: refactoring, reuse, and reducing technical debt across the broader code ecosystem.  
• Act as a multiplier for the team through mentoring, constructive code reviews, documentation, demos, and knowledge sharing.  
• Partner with UX/UI to implement user-friendly interfaces and iterate based on real end-user feedback.  
• Continuously improve ways of working and adopt modern tooling (including AI-assisted development) where it increases quality and throughput.  

To succeed, you will need

Education  

• BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent  

Work Experience  

• Minimum 3 years in software development with strong experience in React-based web applications and backend development in C#/.NET  

Hard Skills  

• React (production experience)  
• C# (.NET) with Minimal API  
• REST API design & consumption  
• Authentication/authorization with Microsoft Entra ID  
• SQL (querying existing data)  
• Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, work items)  
• Git-based workflows (branching, PRs, reviews)  
• Experience with agile development methodology (Scrum)  

Other Skills (Nice to have)  

• Integration experience (APIs, analytics, AI-related integrations)  
• UI-oriented engineering with UX/UI collaboration  
• AI tooling familiarity and understanding of LLMs  
• Strong analytical/debugging skills  
• Clean code mindset and refactoring approach

Language  

• English – advanced level (B2 or higher)
