Global Product Manager – Automated Tightening Cell

In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our value proposition by increasing sales of automated Tightening Cells (TCR), supporting our Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI) and General Industry (GI) strategies and product portfolio.

Your role

• Lead the global development of the modular solution platform for our automated tightening cell.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Project Execution) to drive continuous improvement of solution technology.
• Integrate operational feedback into development to maximize cost efficiency and optimize project labor.
• Collaborate with solution development teams to identify evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Prioritize product and feature development to secure strategic pilot projects.
• Define new product functionalities and guide R&D to deliver full customer value.
• Align product definitions with efficient project execution best practices.
• Enable the sales organization through targeted knowledge sharing and training.
• Transfer learnings and value-added modules from European development to global markets, adapting to local needs.
• Support competitor analysis with Customer Centers, Product Managers, and R&D to refine automation strategy.

To succeed, you will need

• Technical degree in Engineering or related field, with deep application knowledge in automation.
• Minimum 5 years in the automation industry, ideally in machine building.
• Strong knowledge in mechanics, mechatronics, and industrial programming (PLC, robotics, etc.).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Self-driven, able to take ownership, set priorities, and manage workload effectively.
• Proactive, accountable, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
