Your role

The eCatalogue Lead will play a strategic role in coordinating and deploying new eCatalogues across the global VTBA organization. The position is responsible for ensuring smooth implementation, strong adoption, and continuous optimization of eCatalogues in close collaboration with the Indirect Procurement team, local stakeholders, and suppliers

 

What will you do?

  • Drive strategic deployment of eCatalogues across VTBA, aligning implementation with procurement goals and business needs
  • Assess current procurement processes and identify opportunities for eCatalogue integration and improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels – from managers to end users – to capture requirements, gather feedback, and secure alignment
  • Coordinate with local Indirect Procurement and business teams to manage vendor relationships, lead contract discussions, monitor SLAs, and resolve issues
  • Lead training, build user-friendly materials, and provide continuous support to ensure adoption and effective usage of eCatalogues
  • Analyze usage data and performance metrics, generating insights to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction
  • Ensure quality assurance through regular audits, data accuracy checks, and continuous monitoring of catalogue content and configurations

To succeed, you will need

  • 5+ of experience in indirect procurement or supply chain, including eCatalogue management or similar
  • Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration at all levels
  • Proven negotiation skills and track record in improving supplier relationships and performance
  • Experience with eProcurement platforms and eCatalogue management tools
  • Certification in procurement or project management (e.g., CSCP, PMP) is a plus
