HR Business Partner

This isn’t a classic “process HR” role. In our Automation Excellence Centre in Brno, you’ll actively shape how a highly specialized, automation‑driven organization grows by building strong talent, leadership, and culture.

 

What’s the role really about?
You’ll be the go‑to HR partner for leaders and teams in our Automation Excellence Centre. Your focus won’t be on ticking boxes, but on helping managers make good people decisions and build strong, future‑ready teams. You’ll work close to the business, understand its challenges, and translate them into practical HR solutions that actually work.

What will you be doing?

  • Partnering with leaders on talent, performance, and organizational topics
  • Supporting organizational changes, workforce planning, and succession
  • Advising on employee relations, HR policies, and everyday people decisions
  • Owning recruitment and core employee lifecycle processes
  • Leading performance management and talent review activities
  • Managing compensation processes such as salary reviews, bonuses, and VCP support
  • Contributing to learning and development initiatives that support business growth and technical excellence

Who will enjoy this role?
