Your role
1. Project Management for acquisition projects in EMEA:
o Monitor the pipeline of upcoming acquisitions
o Participate in the due diligence phase to identify and mitigate potential risks on IT continuity and operations.
o Lead and oversee all IT integration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and project milestones.
o Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
2. Lead and coach a team of Regional IT Integration Managers (NASA and APAC):
o The regional IT Integration Managers are experienced profiles in the Atlas Copco Group
o Coach this team to grow in their role by building trust and strong network in the organization
o Priority setting based on BA - and Divisional strategy and existing digital risks
o Process management to enable the highest efficiency possible
o Portfolio management of all IT projects related to acquisitions
3. Collaboration with Divisional and Local Management:
o Work closely with divisional and local management teams to understand their IT needs and align integration efforts.
o Foster collaboration and effective communication between stakeholders.
o Organize Divisional steering committees to enable a proper over-all governance.
o Act as a liaison between local IT teams and Atlas Copco teams (PT-IT, Divisional IT, and Group IT) on IT Integration activities.
o Align strategies and processes to maximize integration synergies.
4. Group IT Integration:
o Coordinate with our internal Group IT services provider to integrate common IT services (e.g., infrastructure, applications, security) across the acquired company.
o Ensure adherence to all Group IT policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
5. Roadmap Development and Communication:
o Build and communicate a roadmap for integrating existing business applications in close collaboration with divisional management.
o Consider the current state, intermediate state, and end state to guide the integration process.
6. Change Management:
o Drive change management initiatives related to IT integration.
o Support employees in adapting to new systems and processes.
7. Process improvement:
o Ensure, together with the team, that processes are constantly optimized to reduce integration time and budget and to increase effectiveness.
o Collaborate with Group IT Management to give feedback on lessons learned and improvement options in their domain.
8. Reporting:
o This function reports to the Architecture & Security Manager within PT-IT
o On a monthly basis an update on all projects (Due Diligence and Integration) is required to the VP Business Control and VP IS/IT of PT BA
o Based on the need, Divisional Management is informed / involved on upcoming issues

o Proven experience in IT and/or business management roles.
o Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
o Understanding of change management principles and challenges.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
o Strategical thinking on IT and process integration, with understanding of the PT-IT, divisional and Atlas Copco strategy.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Brno (CZ) or Antwerp (BE).
