Inside Sales Representative with English (GBM)

Your role
As a Inside Sales Representative with English (GBM), your mission is to actively contribute to growth and profitability by managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored, value-added solutions. You will build strong professional relationships across various levels to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. This role combines strategic call planning, data-driven prospecting, and continuous product knowledge development with accurate reporting and CRM usage. It requires a proactive, resilient, and practical mindset, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and customer-centricity.
You will:
- Drive results: Be responsible for achieving or exceeding your sales targets.
- Use CRM effectively: Keep CRM systems updated to improve service and communication.
- Manage time and priorities: Organize your sales tasks effectively and follow time management routines.
- Build strong relationships: With customers, Customer Centers, and CSC colleagues to increase customer satisfaction and develop professional connections.
- Understand customer needs: Offer tailored solutions to your customers.
- Manage the full sales journey: Handle everything from lead to final order, ensuring it is done right the first time.
- Maintain your data regularly: Ensure there are no overdue leads or opportunities.
- Follow up on your quotes: Avoid delays and improve chances of closing deals.
- Be proactive: Embrace a culture of proactive selling through lead management and customer outreach.
- Track activities: Report your calls and activities to analyze sales performance.
- Find new opportunities: Look for ways to sell more products and services to new or existing customers.
- Keep learning: Continuously grow your knowledge of products, services, and processes.
- Foster a growth mindset: Support continuous improvement and better performance through learning and adaptability.

You have relevant experience with Sales and fluent English.
- MS Office, Outlook, SAP and other ERP systems are considered a plus
- English (at least B1 level) + additional language needed for the role (C1 level)
