Your role
As a Inside Sales Representative with German (spare parts), your mission is to actively contribute to the growth and profitability by managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored and value-added solutions. Building strong professional relationships across various levels to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. This role combines strategic call planning, data-driven prospecting, and continuous product knowledge development with accurate reporting and CRM usage. The role demands a proactive, resilient, and practical mindset, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and customer-centricity.. You will report to NIna Skalikova.
You will
- Drive results: Be responsible for achieving/exceeding your sales targets.
- Use CRM effectively: Keep CRM systems updated to improve service and communication.
- Manage time & priorities: Organize your sales tasks effectively and follow time management routines.
- Build strong relationships: With customers, Customer Centers and CSC colleagues to increase customer satisfaction and develop professional connections.
- Understand customer needs: To be able to offer tailored solutions to your customers.
- Manage the full Sales Journey: Handle everything from lead to the final order, making sure it is done right the first time.
- Maintain your data regularly: To ensure no overdue leads or opportunities.
- Follow up your quotes: To avoid delays and improve chances of closing deals.
- Be proactive: Embrace culture of proactive selling through lead management and customer calling.
- Track activities: Report your calls and activities to analyze sales performance.
- Find new opportunities: Look for ways to sell more products and services to new or existing customers.
- Keep learning: Continuously grow your knowledge of our products, services and processes.
- Foster growth mindset: To support continuous improvement and better performance through learning and adaptability.

You have a fluent German language (native or close to native level) and communicative english.
- Experience in Customer Care or Sales
- MS Office, Outlook, SAP and other ERP systems are considered a plus
