Inside Sales Representative with German - Rental 1

Your role
As a Inside Sales Representative with Polish - Rental (PTBA), your mission is to to actively contribute to the growth and profitability by managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored and value-added solutions. Building strong professional relationships across various levels to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. This role combines strategic call planning, data-driven prospecting, and continuous product knowledge development with accurate reporting and CRM usage. The role demands a proactive, resilient, and practical mindset, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and customer-centricity.
You will
- Be responsible for achieving/exceeding your sales targets.
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers using lead generation tools, creating opportunities for emergency rental solutions within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain contingency plans for prospective customers by understanding their utility requirements, operational risks, and rental needs, ensuring accurate information is captured in the CRM.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming rental enquiries, assessing customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and directing requests to the appropriate teams for timely response.
- Organize your sales tasks effectively and follow time management routines.
- With customers, Customer Centers and CSC colleagues to increase customer satisfaction and develop professional connections.
- Work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and opportunities are progressed efficiently.
- To be able to offer tailored solutions to your customers.
- Handle everything from lead to the final rental order, making sure it is done right the first time.
To succeed, you will need
- Experience in Customer Care or Sales and ideally native level of Polish and communicative English.
- To be a collaborative and proactive team player who can also work independently.
- To be persistent, determined and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
- To think creatively and commercially and look for new ways of doing things.
- To challenge the status quo, share your ideas and enjoy constructive debate.
- To have a pragmatic, hands-on approach and take ownership of your work.
