Your role

As a Inside sales representative you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for long-tail customers to drive double-digit organic revenue growth by converting inbound demand and leads into quotes and invoiced orders, leveraging strategic call planning, data-driven prospecting, continuous product knowledge development, and accurate CRM reporting while maintaining a proactive, resilient, and customer-centric approach. 

You will

  • Manage inbound enquiries across multiple channels, identify customer needs, and uncover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Drive revenue by managing leads through the full sales cycle—from qualification to quotation, negotiation, and closure
  • Execute and track all sales stages in CRM, from lead creation to invoicing, ensuring accurate reporting and feedback
  • Use pricing tools effectively to build and maintain a profitable sales pipeline
  • Support customers and internal teams with data management, systems (e.g. Webshop, Parts Online), quote preparation, and issue resolution

To succeed, you will need

  • Native Spanish + English (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in Customer Care or Sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive and independent approach, with the confidence to take initiative and ownership
  • Resilient and composed under pressure, maintaining a constructive and solution-focused attitude
