Role Purpose

 

As a Junior Front-End Developer in our Digital Marketing team, you will play a key role in enabling efficient onboarding of new Atlas Copco brands within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This includes creating reusable Storybooks, developing templates in AEM, and supporting editors during the content creation phase. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within

You will be part of international Digital Marketing team based mainly in Brno and focused on improving the user experience through the Atlas Copco Compressor Technique webs.

 

You will

 

    • Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript (REACT).

    • Create and manage Storybooks for UI components to ensure consistency and scalability.

    • Build templates and front-end solutions integrated with AEM.

    • Collaborate with UX designers and senior developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

    • Support content editors by addressing change requests during the content creation process.

    • Ensure code quality and maintain version control using Git.

    • Contribute to accessibility improvements and best practices.

To succeed, you will need

Must-Have Skills

 

  • BC or MA University Degree in computer science or similar.
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in similar position as Front-End Developer.
  • HTML and CSS (SCSS) for responsive and maintainable design.
  • JavaScript and REACT for dynamic and interactive interfaces.
  • Git for version control and collaborative development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

 

  • Accessibility standards and implementation.
  • Experience with Storybook for component documentation.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any other CMS.
