Jr. Service Delivery Coordinator

Your role
As a Junior Service Delivery Coordinator you’ll join the Power Technique IT (PT IT) organization, which delivers key IT services supporting delivery teams across the Power Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco. You’ll work in a team focused on operations, security, and architecture - helping us build scalable, secure, and future‑ready cloud solutions.
Since PT IT’s main base is in Belgium, you will be among the very first colleagues in Brno. Really one of the first. 😊
Your responsibilities:
- Support and oversee day-to-day IT service delivery operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their operational needs.
- Ensure service delivery complies with defined processes, standards, and agreements.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to optimize resource utilization and efficiency.
- Monitor service delivery metrics and operational performance indicators.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on service performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify, propose, and support implementation of process and service improvements.
- Assist in managing service incidents and problems, coordinating resolution activities.
- Support preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes
- Understanding of service operations and delivery workflows
- Knowledge of service management tools
- Basic knowledge of ITIL principles (preferred)
- Advanced level of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Customer oriented approach

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement (50% x 50%), allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Holandská street, Brno, Czech Republic.
