Logistics Process Expert

Your role
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to strengthen our global team of logistics experts in the Compressor Technique Business Area.
The Atlas Copco Group and our business area actively pursue acquisitions to strengthen our portfolio. To maximize their value, we integrate these customer centers into our standard ERP SAP template. As a Process Expert, your mission will be to support these companies throughout the rollout journey—from preparation to post–Go-Live stabilization
You will be hosted in the CSC Brno, as part of the logistics team, reporting to the CT Global logistics manager and collaborating closely with the CT logistics Business Process eXperts (BPX)
In this role you will be involved in different steps of an SAP migration project
- Preparation
- Support BPX with in depth explanation on OtC and PtP process to the customer center for correct impact evaluation
- Assist in data gathering, reducing the strain on local business in understanding the relevant templates, facilitating faster and qualitative delivery of the necessary data.
- Training Support (Pre- and Post-Go-Live)
- Lead Q&A sessions after standard training program to the customer center
- Deliver extended/customized training based on the priorities and process defined by the responsible BPX.
- Review and validate custom procedures and instructions prepared by local team
- Testing

- Collaborate with local teams and the M&A team to align test scenarios and scripts.
- Support local key users during testing by providing guidance, clarification, and issue resolution.
- Oversee end-to-end testing across various logistics processes and streams.
- Go live

- Provide intensive post–Go-Live support, offering hands-on guidance and dedicated focus during the first weeks to ensure operations return to normal.
- Stabilize the newly migrated company through transactional data migration, master data corrections, transactional data input and other activities as defined by BPX
- Project & organizational Change Management
- Monitor and follow up on project milestones and cutover activities and update the tracker.
- Execute change management initiatives including communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the BPX and local teams to ensure timely and effective execution of OCM actions.
- After stabilizing handover to regional BPX
Travel requirements
This role may require on-site presence in the customer center, with significant travel expected during the preparation and Go-Live phases. Flexibility to travel internationally on short notice is essential to ensure successful rollouts and post-implementation support

Master degree in Economics, Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
Experience Requirements
- Must have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Other languages will benefit your relationship with the Customer Centers.
- Presentation skills for efficient delivery of training and problem assessment
- You are PC literate with knowledge of standard Office tools
- Knowledge of SAP Logistics modules is a plus
- Having a background in Logistics is an added value.
- Experience of working in a global environment

Location The position will be based in Brno, Czech Republic.
