Logistics Process Specialist (PTBA)

Your role

This role will be the first of its kind and a first step into centralizing the logistics of the service division. All our customer centers are on SAP and have very similar logistics processes. The idea is to shift these activities over time to a central team so customer centers can fully focus on sales.

You will be responsible for your order book from order entry all the way until it is at the doorstep of our customer. As this will be the fist job in its kind, identifying grey areas and helping to clearly split roles & responsibilities will be a part of the job.

You will

• Order entry, in the future supported by AI
• The follow-up of your order book from the sales order, the purchase order to our Distribution Center
• Solving stuck orders and chasing late and unconfirmed orders by working together with our distribution center
• Identify similar struggles in the process across regions and propose process improvements
• Working close with (inside) sales
• Following up your own KPIs

To succeed, you will need

We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds. You don’t need a traditional logistics profile - the key is your ability to drive customer success by rigorously managing your orderbook and an ability to manage different priorities in parallel.

You ideally bring:

• Priority management and a hands-on mindset
• Strong affinity for processes
• Ability to work independently and connect with different stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
• Feel at home in MS office
• Confidence working in an international environment

Experience with ERP systems and logistics is a plus.
