Logistics Process Specialist

Your role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Process Specialist to join our global team of logistics experts. In this role, you will support customer centers worldwide by executing standardized tasks that enhance operational efficiency. Your analytical mindset and proactive approach will be key in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will report to the Team Lead Logistics based in Brno and collaborate closely with regional logistics business process experts.
Your Mission
As a Logistics Process Specialist, you will:
- Support customer centers in resolving order-related errors.
- Assist with the creation and booking of sales orders in SAP.
- Maintain and enhance documentation for supporting logistics processes.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team in Brno to ensure smooth and efficient order flow.
- Work closely with regional logistics experts to meet additional operational needs and drive efficiency.
- Provide second-level application support via ticketing systems.
- Promote best practices and help build competence within customer centers.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to structural process improvements.
- Partner with the team lead to explore automation opportunities.
- Support the adoption of modern technologies such as Power BI, SharePoint, and RPA.

Education & Experience
- University degree in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong presentation skills for training and issue resolution.
- Background in logistics or finance is a plus.
Skills & Personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a grounded, approachable demeanor.
- Results-driven, quality-focused, and improvement-oriented.
- Organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Proactive problem solver with effective communication and presentation abilities.
Location
The position will be based in Brno, Czech Republic.
