Your role

As Logistics Process Specialist you will support our customer centers global back-office teams with the execution of standard tasks increasing the efficiency in our operations. With your curious and critical mindset, you help to seek opportunities for improvement.

 

You will

  • Assist Customers Centers with error solving on their customer orders.
  • Assist Customers Centers in the creation of sales orders; Order booking in SAP
  • Maintain and Develop documentation on supporting processes.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team in Brno ensuring the most efficient order flow.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Logistics business process experts and support additional requirements always with the aim to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide second level specific application support through the respective ticketing systems.
  • Structurally help to grow the competence of the Customer Center, supporting the adoption of best practices.
  • Identify common problem areas and contribute to finding structural process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team leader in finding the possibilities for process automations.
  • Support adaption to modern technologies such as Power BI reporting, SharePoint, RPA and others

  • University degree (in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing or Engineering)
  • 2-3 years of experience on similar role (Process Specialist, customer facing, logistic background)
  • Good user level of MS Office
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Other languages are benefit
  • Presentation skills for efficient delivery of training and problem assessment
  • Result driven, motivating and focused on improvement and quality.

  • Good time-management, ability to prioritize.
  • Proactive approach in problem solving
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively
