Your role
As Parts Lifecycle Process Lead, you will accelerate and sharpen Parts Lifecycle Management across Vacuum Technique Service (VTS). You turn strategic committee direction into impactful actions, improve process reliability from new part introduction to phase‑out, and strengthen ownership, data quality, and cross‑functional alignment. Your quick‑win mindset helps drive visible resultsfast.
Main responsibilities
- Drive improvements across the full parts lifecycle, boosting reliability, data quality, ownership clarity, and efficiency.
- Translate Lifecycle Committee decisions into clear, actionable initiatives with defined goals and milestones.
- Establish strong execution discipline through structured tracking, risk management, and follow-up.
- Own and resolve cross-functional lifecycle topics in alignment with committee priorities.
- Coordinate stakeholders to close ownership gaps and manage interdependencies.
- Provide concise, decision-ready reporting to the Lifecycle Committee and VTS PCM.
- Ensure sustainability by defining and maintaining clear processes, documentation, and responsibilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong project management skills in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to communicate crisp, regular status updates.
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Strong communicator and effective cross-functional collaborator.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our VTS hub in Brno, Czech Republic. Other VTS locations can also be considered.
