Power Platform Developer

Your role
The Power Platform Developer is a key contributor responsible for building, testing, and maintaining low-code solutions. Your mission is to translate clear business requirements into functional Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that improve everyday productivity. You will work under the guidance of senior developers to learn best practices, support existing applications, and help our users get the most out of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and implements solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc...).
- Customize and extend SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, and site structures).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing applications and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the M365 environment.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for developed solutions.
- Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance are followed.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
To succeed, you will need
You have 2+ years of experience in development within M365 solutions stack as a Power Platform Developer.
- Deep expertise in M365 environment with focus on low-code services (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI builder…).
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access and Identity Governance.
- Experience with lifecycle management, external sharing policies, and license optimization.
- Experience in other low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of .NET or SPFx framework is an advantage
- Experience in automation using PowerShell, Python or other languages is an advantage
- Fluent or advanced level of English
