Process Automation Developer

Your role
Responsible for development, testing & implementation of automation solutions using RPA (Robotic process automation)
as well as other automation tools to streamline and optimize business processes. Work within RPA environment and assist in controlling RPA.
You will
- Standardize & propose improvements to Brno Hub & CT BA processes in relation with Process Automations
- Develop automations in RPA/other automation tool in cooperation with P&I (Process & Improvement) team and operations
- Actively develop own knowledge in RPA/other automation tool by participating in available training and learning opportunities
- Create & maintain documentation
- Cooperate with PA partners to set up best practices and RPA process
- Analyze available data to find opportunities for RPA improvements
- Establish and cooperate with other RPA/PA teams in Atlas Copco
- Promote and support ongoing and future operational changes – system changes, organizational changes, process changes
- Cooperate with other P&I elements from other business areas
- Promote and adapt to LEAN methodology for improvements
- Support adaptation to modern technologies such as Power BI reporting, SharePoint, RPA and others
- Sharing information and knowledge with others within the team and whole Brno Hub
- Support process documentation in updating, monitoring and storing on SharePoint
- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader

1-3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development |

MS Office, Experience with any programming language / programing principles |

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English, communicative Czech or Slovak |
