Process Automation Developer - Power Platform

Your role
As a Process Automation Developer - Power Platform, you will be responsible for development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable applications and workflows, and ensures reliable operation and support of existing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You will:
- Standardize & propose improvements to Brno Hub processes
- Analyze available data to find opportunities for improvements
- Support ongoing and future operational changes – system changes, organizational changes, process changes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and extend SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, and site structures).
- Designs, develops, and implements solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc...). (process mapping, communication, development, testing, promotion)
- Maintain current solutions and its Infrastructure that hosts Power Platform automations
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for developed solutions.
- Support adaptation to modern technologies such as Power BI reporting, SharePoint, RPA and others
- Sharing information and knowledge with others within the team and whole Brno Hub
- Support process documentation in updating, monitoring and storing on SharePoint
- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business management or equivalent through relevant work experience
- Experience (2+ years) in development within M365 solutions stack.
- M365 / Power Platform: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- Basic Identity & Access (Entra ID, governance)
- Solution lifecycle + governance (sharing, licenses)
- Scripting / automation advantage (PowerShell, Python)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English and Czech/Slovak

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Services, s.r.o. at Holandská str. 10 in Brno, Czech Republic (CZ).
We offer home office up to 3 days per week.
