Company name:  Atlas Copco Services s.r.o.
Date of posting:  Dec 10, 2025

Your future job

Your role

As a Project Leader you will be the end-to-end owner of a large, long-term internal project and at the same time the scrum master / delivery facilitator for the team.

Your mission is to keep this “marathon” project moving steadily forward: structuring the work, aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, and making sure the team delivers predictable value in sustainable iterations — without needing constant steering.

You will report to Product Owner for internal projects.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Project Leadership – Long-term Internal Initiative

  1. Own the overall project scope, roadmap, and timeline for the internal initiative.
  2. Break down the “big, slow” marathon into manageable phases, milestones, and deliverables.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders (business, IT, vendors as needed) to align expectations and priorities.
  4. Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate only when needed, with clear options.
  5. Prepare and run regular status updates (lightweight but clear) for management and key stakeholders.
  6. Ensure documentation of decisions, scope changes, and impacts is up to date and accessible.
  7. Guard sustainable pacing: no hero sprints, focus on steady, predictable progress.

Scrum Master / Team Facilitation

  1. Facilitate Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro) and keep them focused and time-boxed.
  2. Support the Product Owner in keeping the backlog structured, prioritized, and transparent.
  3. Help the team stay focused on sprint and iteration goals; limit context switching.
  4. Actively identify and remove impediments; follow up on dependencies with other teams.
  5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the team (small, concrete changes each iteration).
  6. Encourage self-organization: the team decides how, you help them stay aligned on what & when.
  7. Coach team members on basic Agile/Scrum practices where needed.

Communication, Structure, and Stakeholder Management

  1. Be the go-to contact for “how is the project going?” and “who is on what?”
  2. Translate between business language and team reality (no fluff, no over-promising).
  3. Prepare clear summaries, meeting notes, and simple visuals when needed (roadmaps, timelines, etc.).
  4. Ensure that stakeholders understand trade-offs, priorities, and realistic delivery expectations.
  5. Promote adoption and usage of the solutions delivered by the team (demos, walkthroughs, Q&A).
