Proposal Engineer

Your role
Sales Support fuels business growth by streamlining quotes, quote follow-ups, lead dispatching, admin tasks, and automation - empowering Sales to focus on relationships, close deals, and elevate customer experience.
You will
- Adapt continuously to support new Customer Centers and sales teams with evolving tasks and upcoming projects
- Expand support for new initiatives and Customer Centers as the business grows
- Create accurate and timely quotes for all types of products and services
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to support sales conversion and pipeline progress
- Dispatch qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives or teams
- Provide administrative support to free up time for Sales Engineers
- Transcript inbound calls and enter relevant notes into the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and reduce administrative load on Sales
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on activities handled and overall support performance
- Share/Propose process improvement ideas to enhance sales efficiency and team collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with Customer Centers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and support

- Formal Education: Marketing, Administration,Sales or Engineering degree will be a plus
- Work Experience: Experience in Sales, Marketing or related roles will be a plus
- Hard Skills: Office 365, Quoting & Pricing Systems
- Language: Fluent English required, another language is an advantage
- Other Skills: Attention to Detail, Organization & Time Management, Adaptability, Multitasking, Proactive, Problem-Solving
