SHEQ/Sustain Process Expert

Your role
You will support the Compressor Technique Service Division and its SHEQ Manager, as well as our distribution and customer centers worldwide, in meeting Atlas Copco’s key performance indicators. This will be in areas such as chemical safety, fire prevention, risk assessment, accident investigation, sustainability (e.g. reducing CO₂ emissions), and environmental topics, where you will introduce, explain, and maintain the necessary systems, propose projects, and implement them once approved.
As SHEQ/Sustain Process Expert you will:
- Get familiar with the division, organization and SHEQ/Sustainability
- Become the business owner of our safety reporting application(s) for Compressor Technique Service Division by
- Setting up new entities and onboard colleagues within those entities
- Overseeing user management, data retention, back-ups in collaboration with IT
- Conducting periodic and ad hoc training sessions, remotely and onsite
- Managing documentation related to processes and reporting
- Collaborating with local responsible parties to ensure data quality. Suggest, implement and support necessary actions to improve data quality. Provide support for Compressor Technique Service Division business-related queries across all involved entities
- Improve application(s) and processes (change requests or projects) by calculating the potential as well as required resources and timeline
- Prepare detailed reports on SHEQ performance for the Divisional SHEQ manager
- Work with the communication department to extend and renew the SHEQ document portfolio, including Safety Flashes, Lessons Learned, and Training materials
- Guide admin entities in setting up and maintaining a local Management System site for document management
- Support the Divisional SHEQ manager in monitoring sustainability KPIs. Discuss potential improvements with local colleagues
- Promote and extend/implement the use of a selected company car telemetry application across all involved entities to gather data on environmental emissions and fuel consumption. Suggest and create new reports.
- Guide CTS admin entities in planning, performing, and following up on triple ISO audits (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018)
To succeed, you will need
- relevant previous working experience
- internal auditor (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018) or willignes to be trained
- fluent in English (it will be your work language)
- using IT-systems like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and/or exploring new functionalities
- strong presentation skills
- availability to travel few times a year
