Sales Support Representative - Equipment Sales

Your role
As a Sales Support Representative - Equipment Sales, your mission is to sales support fuels business growth by streamlining quotes, quote follow-ups, reports and presentations, and admin tasks - empowering Sales to focus on relationships, close deals, and elevate the customer experience.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Admin support, handle general administrative tasks for the Field Sales Engineer

- Create and submit documentation packages, collect product information
- Prepare visits and create accurate and timely quotations, creation of simulation projects
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to support sales conversion and pipeline progress
- Verifying order details
- Contacting customers by phone or mail to obtain missing information
- Maintain CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping (e.g. notes) and reduce administrative load on Sales
- Adapt continuously to support Field Sales Engineers with evolving tasks and upcoming projects
- Scheduling: support calendar and schedule meetings for FSE
- Share/Propose process improvement ideas to enhance sales efficiency and team collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with Customer Center and Field Sales Engineers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and support
To succeed, you will need
- Fluent English required, any other language is an advantage
- Attention to Detail, Organization & Time Management, Adaptability, Multitasking
- Office 365, Quoting & Pricing Systems
- Experience in Sales, Marketing or related roles will be a plus

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely (two days a week) and being on-site at our offices in Brno- Holandská.
