Sales and Service Operations Coordinator with Spanish

• Be the main contact for customers of Leybold, one of Atlas Copco’s leading brands in vacuum technology, managing inquiries from orders to service requests and product questions.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
• Communicate daily in both Spanish and English to provide clear and helpful information.
• Manage orders and quotations using SAP, coordinate deliveries, service jobs, and returns, and keep customers updated on their requests.
• Assist the Sales team with pricing and availability details and resolve issues in collaboration with colleagues to maintain top-level service

To succeed, you will need

• Fluency in Spanish and English, combined with strong communication skills and a genuine team spirit.
• An organised, proactive approach with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A positive and solution-focused mindset, always aiming to deliver excellent results.
• Experience with SAP or CRM systems is a plus but not required – attitude and willingness to learn are most important
