Senior Finance Specialist with Hebrew

Your role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Specialist with fluent Hebrew and English language skills to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization in Brno.
In this role, you will support finance operations across assigned entities and business areas, including activities requiring regular communication with Hebrew-speaking customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Due to the specific requirements of the supported operations and the importance of building effective relationships with local business partners, Hebrew language proficiency is an essential requirement for this position.
As part of our international GBS organization, you will be responsible for a broad range of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities while contributing to process excellence, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
To succeed, you will need
- Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities for assigned entities
- Communicate with Hebrew-speaking customers, suppliers and business stakeholders
- Monitor and follow up outstanding receivables and support dispute resolution
- Process supplier invoices, payments and cash-related transactions
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records and transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence
- Support projects, KPI monitoring and root cause analysis activities
- Share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to team development
- Act as a deputy to the Team Leader when required
