As a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll join the Power Technique IT (PT IT) organization, which delivers key IT services supporting delivery teams across the Power Technique Business Area of Atlas Copco. You’ll work in a team focused on operations, security, and architecture - helping us build scalable, secure, and future‑ready cloud solutions.

As a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for strategic oversight, delivery, and continuous optimization of high-quality IT services. This role ensures operational excellence and service reliability across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms, while maintaining strict SLA compliance. Acting as a primary bridge between technical operations, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, the Senior SDC focuses on service quality that translates into long-term operational resilience.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Strategize and lead the end-to-end IT service delivery operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Manage and influence high-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for service strategy.
  • Govern and define service delivery standards, ensuring full compliance with global processes, security requirements, and complex SLAs.
  • Analyze and forecast service delivery trends using advanced metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on service health, financial performance, and strategic operational risks.
  • Drive a culture of Continuous Service Improvement (CSI), spearheading major transformation initiatives and automation projects.
  • Orchestrate the response to major service disruptions and escalations, leading root cause analysis and strategic mitigation.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members while ensuring rigorous adherence to internal standards and evolving industry regulations.

To succeed, you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant work experience.
  • Deep expertise in IT service management processes
  • Understanding of IT operations and complex delivery workflows
  • Expert knowledge of service management tools (Service Now, Jira)
  • Experience designing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Service Catalogs from scratch.
  • Experience in using Power BI, advanced Excel or other reporting tool
  • Strong application of ITIL principles (Certification preferred)
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and high-level decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into business impact
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, ability to drive organizational and cross-functional change, structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset, strategic customer-success mindset
