Your role

As a Service Process Specialist your mission is to support customer centers in their journey to increase utilization, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will

  • Ensure uninterrupted and efficient service operations by assisting customer centers with high quality forward planning and the scheduling of their service technicians and support their day to day service operations.
  • Imporove customer service ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer orders into service systems, verifying all details for correctness
  • Communicate with customers to clarify order details, resolve issues, and provide updates on order status
  • Collaborate with sales, service, logistics, and inventory teams to coordinate order fulfillment and address discrepancies.
  • Improve planning processes by analysing operational data
  • Collaborate closely with the respective BPX‘s (Business Process Expert) for the onboarding process
  • Actively contribute to gathering and implementing best practices
  • Support adoption of best practices to improve operational excellence
  • Gather feedback from the field, identify inefficiencies, and suggest creative solutions
  • Enhance customer experience through timely reporting, scheduling, and communication

To succeed, you will need

 

  • Communicative knowledge of English and German language

  • Mandatory experience working with SAP; experience in a similar position is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and proactive mindset
